1) Network --> Webcam Server --> General Make sure "Enable
IP white list" NOT check. |

2) Configure --> Password Setup --> Remote Authentication
Setup Make sure "Use Remote Authentication" NOT check |

3) Configure --> Password Setup Select the account with
login problem and check camera (live) in remote view. |

4) If you are using Vista on the server. Turn OFF User
Account Control (Control Panel --> User Accounts) |
 |
5) If you are running the schedule on your system, please do
the following steps. Schedule --> Schedule Edit Enable all
cameras on remote view, then hit OK to apply. And Run Schedule
Start again. |
