The A12 2-Way Wall Speaker from Bogen Communications is a compact high-output, long-throw loudspeaker that projects well in open spaces like theme parks, sports fields, and plazas. Two 6.5" mid/bass drivers employing both MDT and patented MLS technologies for superior sound and weather resistance deliver precise sound reproduction. The high-frequency driver is a 1.9" horn-loaded diaphragm (1" exit). A built-in 128W transformer makes the A12 compatible with 70V sound systems. The transformer can be easily bypassed for use in low-impedance systems (16 ohms). Patented spider less technology (MLS) and advanced materials deliver dependable performance year after year. Speaker diaphragms are manufactured with materials that are not affected by exposure to UV rays, water, cold, heat, or extremely high or low humidity. High-powered, all-weather speaker, One model for both 70V and low-impedance systems, 225W at 16 ohms, 70V power settings: 128, 64, 32, 16, 8 watts.
