Backing up with ViewLog enables you to backup video footage with the software player included, so you will be able to utilize the quick search and database sorting functions.

1. Press F10 to bring up ViewLog, then click on the Backup button (marked by red square).



2. Click on button labeled Add time frame.



3. Select cameras and time period(s) you want to backup, keeping in mind to not exceed the size of the media you are backing up to.



4. If burning to a CD/DVD, make sure to use the option, Using OS burning>. Make sure to insert a blank CD/DVD into your CD/DVD drive. Then hit OK, and follow the instructions for burning to disc.
