The model is 66 Corby Keypad - OEM Metal Pad. The product is featured by keypad - OEM. 12 button. Extra heavy-duty. Large, pay telephone type, cast metal buttons. Decimal output on the rear header is pin 1 common plus 12 other pins. Gold plated pads, conductive rubber contacts, silicone gasket, water resistant. 2 factory installed LEDs with 6" (152mm) color-coded wires. 2.4" W x 4" L x .6" H (61mm x 102mm x 15mm).
