GeoVision Cannot control PTZ in Multiview

Possible Causes
  1. Incorrect PTZ mapping
    Solution
    1. If PTZ camera can be controlled locally but not remotely, it is likely that the PTZ has not been mapped correctly.
      Go under Configure, Accessories, PTZ Device, then Camera Mapping PTZ Dome.
    2. Map each camera channel with the correct PTZ protocol and address.
    3. Click OK.
  2. Incorrect PTZ setup
    Solution
    1. If PTZ camera cannot be controlled either locally or remotely, refer to PTZ Setup Guide to ensure PTZ is setup correctly in Multicam.
