If there is constant beeping sound coming from the speaker when Multicam is running, and if there is "Video Lost" on any of the video channel, then the beeping is most likely a result of video lost.

To disable video lost beep, go to Configure, Tools, Video Signal Diagnostic, then check on "Disable Video Lost Beep".
