  1. Unplug the power cable and the network cable.
  2. Unscrew the camera’s top cover.
  3. Press and hold down the Default button.
  4. Power on the camera using a power supply or PoE cable, continue to hold down the Default button for 35 seconds.
  5. Allow camera 30 seconds to boot up.
