Remote view GV-DVR/NVR on iPhone/iPad
  1. Download GV-iView on iPhone or GV-iView HD on iPad via App Store.
  2. On the GV-DVR/NVR, go to Network, Webcam Server.
  3. Under JPEG tab, check the option "Create JPEG/GIF file(s)".
  4. Under Mobile tab, check to enable Mobile connection.
  5. Click OK to save and exit Webcam Server window.
  6. Open and forward ports 80, 4550, 5550, 8866, and 5511 on the router/modem.
  7. In GV-iView, connect to the GV-DVR/NVR by entering IP address, ID, password, and port 8866.
  8. Refer to GV-iView operation instructions.
Remote view GV-IP Devices on iPhone/iPad

Confirm GV-IP Device firmware is up to date by downloading the newest firmware
  1. Download GV-Eye on iPhone or GV-Eye HD on iPad via App Store.
  2. Open and forward ports 80, and 10000 on the router/modem.
  3. In GV-Eye, connect to the GV-IP Device by entering IP address, ID, password, and port 10000.
