GeoVision Mobile tab is disabled/grayed out under Webcam Server...

When "Create JPEG/GIF file(s)" and Mobile tab settings are grayed out, it is likely that the "Enhance Network Security" option is checked.
  1. Under Webcam Server, uncheck "Enhance Network Security" under General tab.
  2. Click OK to start Webcam Server.
