Possible Causes
  1. VGA card does not support Directdraw
    Solution
    1. Since most VGA card only supports Directdraw on the first monitor, ensure that Multicam is running on the primary monitor if multiple monitors are used.
    2. Update VGA card driver or replace the VGA card.
    3. Disable Directdraw in Multicam by going to Configure, General Setting, System Configure, then uncheck "Enable Directdraw Overlay". Please note that by disabling Directdraw, you will lose the ability to go to Fullscreen mode.
  2. Remote desktop
    Solution
    1. It is typical to see pink screen when viewing the Multicam via remote desktop software.
    2. Disable Directdraw in Multicam by going to Configure, General Setting, System Configure, then uncheck "Enable Directdraw Overlay". Please note that by disabling Directdraw, you will lose the ability to go to Fullscreen mode.
