GV-Live Streaming v1.0 is unable to connect to VMS v18.1 via 4G. WiFi is OK, 20200522

Issue:
GV-Live Streaming v1.0 is unable to connect to VMS v18.1 via 4G, while via WiFi it works.

Root Cause:
The ISP port (8883) in VMS v18.1 was blocked.

Solution:
Please apply the 2 steps as follows,
1. Upgrade GV-Live Streaming to v1.01.
2. Follow the procedure to apply the patch,

Patch / Procedure (GV-VMS_V18.1.1.1):

1. Turn off VMS v18.1 and make sure all GV-related programs running in the background are closed as well.
2. Download and unzip the patch file.
3. Execute the unzipped file named GV-VMS_V18.1.1.1.exe (Double click)

*Please note that the patch GV-VMS_V18.1.1.1 is strictly compatible for VMS v18.1 only.
