When "Create JPEG/GIF file(s)" and Mobile Tab settings are grayed out in the MultiCam Server setup window, it is likely that the "Enhance Network Security" is checked.
To disable this function:

When "Create JPEG/GIF file(s)" and Mobile Tab settings are grayed out in the MultiCam Server setup window, it is likely that the "Enhance Network Security" is checked.
To disable this function:
- 1. Under Webcam Server, uncheck "Enhance Network Security" under General tab.
- 2. Click OK to start WebCam server.
