The Russound X1 Professional Wireless Audio Platform is designed for multi-room audio applications. The X1-TX8 is a 4 zone wireless audio transmitter that lets you connect your audio system to speakers in another location without long runs of speaker wire. With the required wireless receivers (X1-RX2 or X1-RX220, sold separately), the X1 system is ideal for distributed audio systems, rear speakers for home theaters, subwoofers, and any retrofit applications where installing speaker wire is labor intensive and cost prohibitive. Simple to setup and install, each X1-TX8 features four stereo inputs (three line level and one selectable between line-in or optical digital), and there’s no limit to the number of receivers that can be wirelessly connected to each zone, providing plenty of opportunity to expand your system.
