Solution:

Please refer to the steps below to solve your issue. If you need any further assistance from us, please be aware that a service fee may be charged.

a. Check up the newest F/W version on Official Download Page of GV-IP Camera and make sure the F/W version of the GV-IP Camera is the newest.

b. Make sure the GV-IP Camera uses proper IP Address / Subnet Mask / Default Gateway to be in the same LAN / VPN network as the 3rd party VMS and its web interface on IE browser function well.

c. Use VLC or ONVIF Device Manager to prove if the GV-IP Camera's ONVIF is OK.

If it’s OK, please contact the 3rd party VMS’s technician to make the 3rd party VMS work with the GV-IP Camera.

If it’s NOT OK, please provide us with TeamViewer connection to remote in and troubleshoot the GV-IP Camera.

d. If the result of Step #c is OK and you need GV-Technician for troubleshooting the compatibility between the GV-IP Camera and the 3rd VMS software, there will be a charge needed to be paid.
