VMS V16.11, Daily Auto Disconnection of GV-VMS V16.11, Memory Raise, Increase Issue - 20180424
Issue:
When you connect following cameras in VMS v16.11, VMS will have all camera disconnected simultaneously then VMS crashed. All cameras' connection will be back on around 45 secs. If users are using RTC, they will have video not recording, missing video issue during the disconnection time. ( Issue frequence 4 ~ 7 days )

Root Cause:
When VMS V16.11 connects to cameras via ONVIF protocol, background program crashes due to the memory issue, which will result in all camera disconnections. Later, the software recovery would restart the background program and resume the cameras' connection.
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V16.12.0.113.exe ):
1. Close all GV-VMS related software
2. Apply GV-VMS Service Pack 2 if haven't applied it.

3. Apply this patch
GV-VMS_V16.12.0.113.exe
4. Restart VMS
NOTE: This patch will only fix H.264 cameras, and we are still investigating H.265 camera issue.

1. Download the link above
2. Unzip the file then double click System Analysis.exe.
3. You will see System Analysis windows pop-up. Just keep this window open ( No need to select the folder to extend zip ) .
It will record VMS memory's activity in every hour and the result will be saved in Process folder as snapshot below.

4. Send us the process folder for further analysis.
