VMS v17.3, instant playback not working - 20191213

Issue:
Instant playback in VMS v17.3 only works on CH01. When click it on CH02~CH64, nothing shows up.

Answer:
This may be caused by our software bug, please refer to the steps below to apply the patch.

Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V17.3.0.1.zip & GV-VMS_V17.3.0.2.zip ):
1. Disable remote service on GV-VMS.
2. Close GV-VMS.

3. Download the patch file from the following link.

http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl3. ... .3.0.2.zip 

4. Unzip the downloaded files.
5. Double-click the GV-VMS_V17.3.0.1 program first.
6. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
7. Then, double-click the GV-VMS_V17.3.0.2 program.
8. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
9. Restart VMS v17.3.
* GV-VMS_V17.3.0.1 & GV-VMS_V17.3.0.2 is strictly for GV-VMS V17.3.
